Travel Max Guide Team:
Our dedicated team at Travel Max Guide has been involved in Nepal’s tourism sector for over a decade, specializing in adventure and sustainable tourism. Our journey began with a commitment to social work, supporting the education of underprivileged children in Nepal. As we strived to generate local funds for this noble cause, we realized the potential of running a travel business that could serve our travelers by promoting and organizing trekking, tours, and outdoor activities in Nepal. Today, we are a team of local experts and government-certified guides, well-versed in first aid, climbing, trekking, and a wide range of relevant knowledge and training.
Given that you’ll be trekking in high-altitude regions, travel insurance is an essential requirement. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before arriving in Nepal. Your insurance policy should cover medical expenses, helicopter evacuation from altitudes of 5,000 to 6,000 meters, and other health-related contingencies. Please provide a copy of your insurance policy to our company, as this information will be crucial in case of mountain rescue operations.
Passport and Visa:
Before embarking on your journey to Nepal, ensure that your passport has a validity of at least six months. You’ll have the opportunity to acquire a Tourist Visa ‘On Arrival’ at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. The visa application process is quick and straightforward. For more detailed information, you can visit the Nepal Immigration website.
Visa Fees at Entry Points:
- 15 Days: $30
- 30 Days: $50
